Planning a wedding is one of the most exciting journeys you’ll take, but it’s natural to have questions along the way, especially when it comes to choosing the right wedding photography and videography team.
We’ve had the honor of capturing love stories across Greece and Europe, and after working with so many amazing couples, we’ve gathered the most frequently asked questions we receive before the big day. So if you’re wondering how the process works, what to expect, or what makes us the right fit, you’re in the right place.
1. How many hours of coverage do you offer on the wedding day?
We usually offer full-day coverage for weddings with more that 20 guests, meaning we’re there from the getting-ready moments all the way to the late-night dancing. We also cover micro weddings, with up to 15 guests, and we also capture elopements with up to 5 guests.
Whether you need us from early in the morning or just for a few key hours, we’re happy to tailor the coverage based on your timeline and vision. We don’t believe in rushing through the day. We’re there to tell your full story, from start to finish.
2. Do you work as a team for photography and videography?
Our photographers and cinematographers have worked together extensively. We know how each other moves, what to anticipate, and how to stay out of each other’s frames. This eliminates miscommunication and ensures a smooth, non-disruptive presence throughout your day.
We plan together and execute together. From getting-ready shots to the first look, we know how to maximize the time we have without overlapping or stepping on each other’s toes. This means less stress for you and a smoother experience all around. Having a team allows us to capture both the big moments and the subtle in-between magic, from multiple angles and perspectives.
3. How far in advance should we book?
Weddings are typically booked 9 to 18 months in advance, especially during the busy season from May to October. If you’re planning a micro wedding or elopement, those are often booked around 3 to 9 months ahead. Whenever you’re ready, we’d love to help make your day unforgettable!
If you already have your date and venue confirmed, it’s a good idea to reach out early so we can secure your date and start together with any inspiration you migh have. That said, if your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to contact us. If we’re available, we’d love to help!
4. When will we receive our wedding photos and videos?
We know how eager you’ll be to relive the day, so we aim to deliver your memories as soon as possible, without compromising on quality. The delivery of the material depends on the needs of each wedding. The only sure is that within a week after your wedding, you will receive a sneak peek of your gallery, so you will be able to share your memories with your family and friends. All photos are professionally edited, and your video is carefully crafted with cinematic storytelling.
5. What’s your photography and videography style?
Our style is natural, emotional, and cinematic. We focus on telling the true story of your day, not just through posed shots, but through authentic, candid moments full of emotion and personality.
In both photography and cinematography, we combine:
- A documentary approach (capturing real moments as they happen)
- Artistic direction (helping you look and feel your best, naturally)
- Cinematic editing and storytelling in post-production
We want your memories to feel timeless, not trendy, and to bring a smile (or happy tears) every time you look back on them.
6. Can we request specific shots or a particular style?
Absolutely! This is your wedding, and we love hearing your ideas. Before the big day, we’ll send you a couple of short questionnaires to get a feel for your style and what matters most to you. These help us tailor everything to your vision.
We’ll also hop on a planning call to walk through your timeline, key moments you want captured, and any must-have shots or styles you have in mind. It’s all about making sure your film feels just like you.

7. What happens if it rains or something doesn’t go as planned?
Rain, wind, running a little behind schedule. It’s all part of the adventure! Our team has years of experience and knows how to roll with whatever the day brings. We come prepared with the right gear and, more importantly, a calm and positive attitude. Honestly, some of our favorite (and most romantic!) photos have come from those perfectly imperfect moments. So don’t stress! Trust us, we’ve got you, and we’ll make it all look beautiful.
8. Do you offer engagement or next-day sessions?
Of course, and we highly recommend them! Engagement sessions are a great way to connect before the big day, get comfortable in front of the camera, and create beautiful memories in a casual setting.



Next-day sessions give you the chance to dress up again (without the wedding day stress!) and take portraits in stunning locations, like beaches, mountains, or even a city stroll. Both sessions are customizable based on your style and location preferences.



9. How many photos do you deliver?
The number of photos you’ll receive really depends on how long your wedding is, how many guests are there, and what kind of celebration you’re planning. On average, we deliver between 300 and 700 fully edited photos for each wedding. Every image is carefully chosen and edited in our signature style, so it truly reflects the story of your day.
You’ll get high-resolution versions perfect for printing and keepsakes, plus a web-size gallery that’s ideal for sharing with friends and posting on social media. Everything will be ready for you to download and enjoy!
10. How do you deliver the photos and video?
Phosart is now as green as it gets! We strive for sustainability and eco-friendly products. We went full digital, and we share your events online. You’ll receive a private online gallery for your photos. For your videos you will receive the online version and onve we have your impressions for your videos, we will send them to you through a private link.
Your online gallery adn videos can be shared with friends and family, and it’s accessible from any device. You can also order prints, thank-you cards, or albums directly from the gallery if you’d like.
11. What’s the booking process?
Here’s how booking with us works:
- Get in touch to check availability and discuss your wedding
- We’ll schedule an online consultation if that makes you feel more comfortable
- To reserve your date, we sign a contract and move on with the deposit
From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps from the Questionnaire to delivery.
