to the blooming flowers and laughter-filled evening, their day was full of joy, love, and radiant color.
Santorini is a stunning place for a wedding. Indeed, the deep blue sea and bright white buildings create a dreamlike backdrop. It is no wonder the island is a favorite for couples from around the world. Recently, I had the joy of photographing a colorful gay wedding in Santorini that was bursting with energy, beauty, and love.
A Love Story Full of Color and Character
Together, they bring the perfect blend of creativity and calm. Their celebration was intimate, with just 35 of their closest family and friends, which made every moment personal and heartfelt. Moreover, they both adore their families, friends, and two French bulldogs. Although the pups couldn’t join them in Greece, their spirit was present through charming décor details and funny stories shared during the day. The couple was radiant. Their smiles lit up the ceremony, and their vibrant flower arrangements added bursts of color against Santorini’s whitewashed walls. Consequently, every image reflected their happiness and warmth.
Colorful Flowers, Day Fireworks & Endless Fun
The ceremony space at El Viento Santorini was breathtaking. Colorful flowers framed the altar, and the blue Aegean stretched endlessly behind them. As a result, the whole scene felt like a painting. When Marc and Ryan exchanged vows, daytime fireworks brightened the sky — a dramatic and joyful surprise. Meanwhile, their guests cheered, clapped, and shed happy tears. In addition, music played a big part in their day. Their playlist of 80s hits, set the tone for a night full of laughter and dancing. Eventually, the celebration turned into a spontaneous party, perfectly matching the couple’s lively personalities.
